This morning Start the journey straight away get transferred to Shillong. It takes around 3.5 hours to reach this gorgeous hill station of Shillong. On the way, drop by the Borapani Lake, this lake is the biggest artificial lake in the state of Meghalaya. Also known as the Umiam Lake, it is beautifully surrounded by Sylvan hills. On reaching Shillong, check in at the hotel and spend the rest of the day at leisure and later retire for the night.
Start the day with a hearty breakfast at the hotel. Later, proceed for a day excursion to Mawlynnong which is also named as the cleanest village in Asia. Later pay a visit to Jingmaham Living Root Bridge. Walk around the charming Mawlynnong Village. Stop at the beautiful waterfalls. Next, proceed for a visit to Dawki. The small border town in the Jaintia Hills is known for the picturesque Umngot River, which is a wonderful site in Meghalaya. Enjoy the scenic beauty. Experience a boat ride in the crystal clear waters where you can feel like floating in the air as the water is so clear. Explore the nearby sights and sounds. Later come back to Shillong Hotel.
In the morning, after breakfast, begin the excursion towards the wettest place on Earth, Cherrapunji. It is at a distance of 60 km from Shillong. Reach early morning to Cherapunjee and visit several waterfalls, limestone caves, striking root bridges, and other natural sites to provide several activities. Visit the Spectacular Seven Sisters Falls, the Mawsmai Cave. Evening, back to Shillong.
Complete your morning breakfast, Again proceed to cherapunjee for remaining sightseeing like, double decker and living root bridge, and others sightseeing. come back to shillong, overnight at shillong.
After breakfast in the morning, we will precede towards the Kaziranga National Park, the homeland of the Great India one horned Rhinoceros. Check-in to your hotel. The evening is free at leisure. An overnight stay at Kaziranga.
Today, early in the morning enjoy the Elephant ride at Kaziranga National Park. The actual attraction of Kaziranga National Park is broad diversity of wildlife beauty. The chief riches trove of Kaziranga is vast one horned Rhinoceros, but it is also a house to other species of flora & Fauna for instance elephants, wild Asiatic water buffalos, swamp deer, hog deer, gaur, samber, Indian Mautjac & many more. Kaziranga is also famous as a significant Bird watching point. Later, return back to the resort for breakfast. Thereafter, we will proceed for a Jeep Safari through the National Park. Then proceed to guwahati. Overnight stay will be at Guwahti.
Early morning, Go for kamakhya Devi temple , it will take 3-4 hrs for complete darshan, Then come back to hotel, By evening 4:00 O'clock go for Brahamputra River cruise ( Sun set ) proceed to Guwahati airport for your onward journey.
